These mountainous regions feature ideal microclimates, volcanic soils, and a strong tradition of smallholder farming focused on traceability and quality-driven practices.

Altitude & Processing 1,200-1,800 MASL (meters above sea level) Washed processing method enhances the clean, bright flavors characteristic of high-altitude Colombian coffees.
